Pratishta Mahotsavam held grandly at Narasaraopet

The Pratishta Mahotsavam of Sri Mahalakshmi-Andal Sahita Sri Krishna Devalayam concluded today on 20^th May in Peddireddipalem, Narasaraopet.  Under the supervision and able guidance of Sri Krishna Desika Jeer Swamiji from Pomona Ranganatha Swami Temple, New York, the Utsavams were held for four days starting from the 17^th of May, 2022. On the first day, the Vishwaksena Aradhanam, Ankurarpana homam and Adhivasam rituals for the Vigrahas were performed by qualified Veda Pandits and Agama Vidvans. In the morning of 18^th May, the Yagasala Dvara Torana, Dhvaja Kumbha Aradhana were completed along with Veda Vinnapam by Parayanakaras. In the evening, Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Parayanam, Pancha Sukta Homam and Adhivasa Homam were conducted in the Yagasala. On the third day, Kumbha Aradhanam, Prabandha Parayanam and Panchamrita Thirumanjanam (Abhishekam) to Andal-Mahalakshmi Sahita Krishna were held. The day concluded with Sahasranama Parayanam, Homam and Archana along with a Gramotsavam (Procession) at 4 PM.  On 20^th May i.e. the finae, the Pratishtha concluded grandly with Kalanyasa Homam, Tatvanyasa Homam, Ratna Sthapanam, Vimana Kalasha Sthapana, Samprokshanam, Poornahuti and Shanti Kalyanotsavam to Krishna-Andal. There was a turnout of more than 10000 people for the Utsavam, with Teertham and Prasadam distribution to all the assembled devotees. A Go-shala and Veda Pathasala were also built adjacent to the temple under the aegis of Sri Krishna Ashramam, New York.
